REFORMER PILATES: ALGORHYTHMIC FOUNDATION

Designed to introduce participants to the foundational principles of pilates using the reformer machine, which provides resistance to enhance core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Low-impact but effective, targeting both the deep stabilising muscles of the body and larger muscle groups.
