All fitness levels are welcomed and you are encouraged to go at your own comfortable pace. If you are new to rhythmic cycling or exercising on a stationary bike, we recommend that you begin your routine with our Algorhythmic Begin class. Always consult your doctor if you are currently suffering or recovering from an injury. 

An individual needs to be at least 18 years of age in order to attend class. You will need to make agree to our Terms & Conditions when you sign up for an user account on our website.

Congratulations! We strongly recommend that you check with your doctor prior to attending any class.

If it your first visit at the studio, please arrive 15 minutes prior to receive a proper introduction to the studio. Your safety is important to us. If you do not arrive in time for your introduction, you may be asked to reschedule your class. If you are a regular member, please note that if you have not checked in within 5 minutes to the start of class, your spot may be given to the next member on the waitlist.

There is a 5 minutes grace period for regular members. We strictly do not allow any late entry to classes due to safety reasons.

Do wear suitable clothes that you are comfortable working out in. Jewelry is not a good idea.

Bring along a pair of socks and a water bottle. Socks and bottled water are available for purchase in our studio if you have forgotten to bring them along. Cycling shoes will be issued to you over at our reception area upon check-in. If you are planning to use our own cycling shoes, do note that we are using SPD-SL (SM-SH11) cleats and SPD-SL compatible paddles.

Face and bath towels will be provided but you may bring your own if you prefer to.

We recommend up to 3 to 4 classes a week to experience the benefits and to mix it up between our different class types.  Always listen to your body and leave at least a day or two in between classes for your body to recover.

You may inform us about it via email (connect@algorhythmstudio.sg). While we try our best to search for your belongings, any unclaimed item will be disposed of 1 week after it is found. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
