“User Account” refers to the online platform through which Studio Members can purchase class series and book classes;

“Class” refers to any exercise session provided by us or on our behalf at the Studio, or online on the Website, as part of the Services;

“Studio Member” is a user of this Website, purchaser of Goods or Class Series or a user of our Services;

“Conditions” refer to the terms and conditions as documented on this page and may be amended from time to time;

“Class Credit” refers to a single session that can be deducted from your Class Series when it is used to make bookings for Classes;

“Class Series” refers to a collective number of Class Credits at our Studio or on our Website;

“Instructor” refers to the person conducting the Classes in our Studio;

“Facilities” refer to any of our usable amenities and our equipment; 

“Front of House” refers to the person on working shift in the Studio;

“Goods” refer to any merchandise offered for sale at our Studio;

“Joining Date“ the date on which a Studio Member first makes payment to the Studio for Class Series;

“Payment Date” means the date when the Class Series is purchased at our Studio or on our Website;

“Services” refer to services available to you via this Website, including the Classes;

“Schedule” refer to the calendar of Classes on this Website, including the name of Instructors, description, duration and timings of Classes.

“Studio” refers to our premises and any location at which we conduct our Classes at;

“Studio Staff” refers to all employees of our Studio, including Front of House and Instructors;

and “Website” refers to http://algorhythmstudio.sg.

All Studio Members must sign up for a User Account on our Website and be at least 16 years of age to attend any Classes at our Studio. Signing up for a User Account means that you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

All new Studio Members have to arrive at our Studio at least 15 minutes before the commencement of class to complete an induction by our Studio Staff. You will also need to agree to our Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement in our Terms & Conditions clauses when you sign up for an account online. 

You also agree to comply with our implemented Class rules from time to time which you can find on our Website or displayed in our Studio. The Class rules refer to our opening hours, use of our Studio as well as your conduct in our Studio.

We reserve the right to refuse any Studio Member access to our Studio and may also suspend or terminate usage of our Services if we reasonably consider any conduct that is abusive to our Studio and Studio Staffs and/or against the interests of any other Studio Member. You will not be entitled to any refund of Class Series and/or Class Credit in such circumstances.

By entering and using our Facilities, Studio Member also agree that we are not held responsible for the safekeeping of any personal belongings placed in, misplaced in or lost from our Studio. 

Our Studio Staffs are not medically qualified. In any circumstances if you have doubts about your fitness or capability to participate in our Classes, we strongly recommend that you seek a medical doctor’s advice. 

You are responsible for your own safety during your  usage of the facilities in the Studio and before, during and after Classes. You also agree to keep to the Terms and Conditions which you agreed to when registering for a User Account on our Website. 

We reserve the rights to stop any Studio Member from entering our premises if we observe any flu-like symptoms displayed or body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees Celsius. On the knowledge of any Studio Member who has been identified as a close contact of a Covid-19 patient, our Studio Staff also have the right to deny any entrance to our Studio. All Studio Members entering our premises have to check-in via the Trace Together App.

Credits can be purchased via our Website and will be automatically activated upon first booked class.

To book a Class, you must have at least one credit in your User Account, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. One Credit entitles you to attend one Class. In some instances, we may require two or more Credits from you to attend one special Class and in these cases; this will be specified to you at the time of booking.

All Class Credits purchased as part of Class Packages will expire. You may check your expiry date(s) of your Class Package(s) by logging into your User Account or at our Studio. 

Promotional sales Class Packages may have a shorter expiry than the standard expiry dates. This will be made clear at the point of purchase and in the confirmation email you will receive upon purchase. 

Extension of any Class Credit(s)/Class Package(s) will only be done upon request. Please email to connect@algorhythmstudio.sg for any extension request. The extension time frame for all Class Packages can be found here  . Any request for Class Credit(s)/Class Package(s) extension beyond the stated time frame is subjected to approval and necessary supporting document(s) may be required for submission.

You can check availability and book Classes in advance online via our Website. When you book a Class, one Credit will be deducted from your User Account unless otherwise stated on the Schedule.

We will make every effort to ensure that there are a suitable number of Classes available at different times of the day. However, Classes are subject to availability and we do not guarantee that spaces will be available in any given Class, even if you have sufficient Credits in your User Account.

If the Class you wish to attend is fully booked, you may join the waitlist for the fully booked Class. When a slot becomes available, a Credit will automatically be deducted from your User Account as you will be automatically enrolled to the Class. This will happen up to 2 hours before the commencement timing. You will be notified by an e-mail and/or a text message if you are automatically enrolled into a Class. If you do not remove yourself from the waitlist and you are enrolled into a Class from waitlist 12 hours before Class commencement timing, and you are unable/do not wish to attend the Class, there is no refund of Class Credit.

Please ensure that you remove yourself from the waitlist if you are unable to make it to a Class punctually especially if you are notified only 2 hours in advance. If you’re on the waitlist and a spot becomes available within 2 hours of class commencement timing or after 9PM for an early class (8AM-10AM), you’ll be sent an email which you can make the option of enrolling into the Class. The available spot is allocated on a first come first serve basis for all Studio Members on waitlist for the particular Class. 

In the event of a Class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, your Credit will be refunded back to your Class Package. We will notify you of this via email and/or telephone call.

Studio Members can cancel a Class up to 12 hours before the commencement timing of a Class and the Class Credit attributable to that Class will automatically be refunded to your User Account. A Class can be cancelled when you login to your User Account < My Classes < Cancel Class.

If you cancel a Class less than 12 hours but before the commencement timing of the Class, the Class Credit attributable to that Class will not be refunded. 

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in this Website and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. The design and layout of this Website are protected by copyright, database right, design rights and other similar laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.

The logos and trade names displayed on the Website (“Marks”) are the property of Algorhythm Studio or other third parties. You are not permitted to download, copy, modify or use the Marks without our prior written consent or the consent from us or such third party who may own the Marks.

We and our suppliers own the intellectual property rights in the software that runs this Website. Save to the extent expressly permitted by applicable laws, you must not copy, modify, download, distribute, decipher, de-compile, interfere with or attempt to interfere with that software without our prior written consent.
